Kappes Miller Construction Defect Services provides Community Associations with the following services:
Review governing documents, including Declaration Bylaws, Public Offering Statements, and Rules and Regulations. Analyze their relationship to the Washington State Condominium Act and the implied warranty discovery period.
Perform a Condition Assessment to identify hidden defects and provide a scope of work for any repairs, renovations, or upgrades.
Bring in professional legal representation when necessary.
Provide mediation between the builder and Association to determine remedies for construction defects.
Perform on-site inspections, facilitate Board of Directors Meetings, Annual Meetings, and Special Homeowner Information Meetings.
Offer consultation and meet with the Developer on various building concerns.
Work toward a constructive working relationship between the Declarant and the Association Board of Directors.
